Cake yes having a rest day each week, trying not to panic too much. I think I may still be recovering from a half IM on 28th may, only 12 days ago, and it was my fist tri.

Thanks for that info Silent,  my long run was planned to be 18miles but ended up cutting it down to 14 due to being cream krackered.    I might be to sticking too rigidly to a plan rather than listening to my body and resting when i need too.  Also 18miles was probably too much after a long ride on Sunday.

All in all I am probably getting a bit panicky has the day gets nearer .It would be good to see how everyone else weeks training week looks...i

 cheers

outlaws and potential outlaws, I am currently training for the race and was wondering how everyone else is getting on and where you are with training. I am up to 15 hours (cutting back every 4th week to about half that time) the thing is I did my first century ride Sunday and went for a planned long run last night but struggled for the last few miles, and I mean I felt like i was dying, its a worry as there is only 6 weeks to go, and I cant do two hard training sessions separated by 3 days! bearing in mind I am going to have to do 3 hard sessions in one day,,,,, gulp, should i worry?
