Oh what a great thread

Fot those about to Rock by AC DC, quality Angus

Blackbird by Alterbridge, quiet melodic intro that transforms into a malestrom of power chords

Working man by rush because they are ace if not a bit old

South of heaven by slayer the original thrashers, intro seems quite calm, builds into very dark

Inside by Stiltskin bit of choral followed by a jeans add

I've had a Garmin 910XT on order from Wiggle since early Dec, today i've had yet another email informing me of there is no stock from their supplier.

Has any one actually bought and had one of these delivered? from which supplier?

Asics do gym shoe, they have higher ankle support and a bit firmer sole, i use them and get on fine with them, apparently can be used for low mileage runs too.

Thank you for the replies.

I'm running approx 30 miles a week, and part of the problem is the blister never properly heals.

Both shoes are half a size bigger than my normal size, there is plenty of room in front of my toes. I have used the Nike socks but find them a bit thin, also Ironman sock which look quite thick but the flat seem is right on the problem area.

I have bought some Hilly double skin socks so will try them on my next run.

Might also put a anti blister plaster on to see if that gives a bit of cushioning.

Thanks once again
