8th of June wouldn't suit me either as I was using Larne as a prep race for the Belfast Marathon. Agree £15 was a bit steep for a 5k race, £5 per mile!! I wouldn't mind paying an extra couple of pound for a late entry but not £5!! Well done TG, fantastic run and PB and thanks for the cheer on, Margaret. |

Ran jimmys myself yesterday. Good wee race- definitely a tough one. East down do a great job with this race. Good to see leek, if he's still lurking, getting back towards his old self after injury. Thought i was in better shape than my time but first race of year so something to build on. Well done martin and great job as ever mags. Thanks TG, a long, slow process getting back. You ran well at Jimmy's, its not an easy course!! Going to give Queens 5k a lash, looks like we'll be finishing in the dark, I thought it was always the week after the clocks went forward! |
