Hi guys I was at wilmslow yesterday did 1.42. I did see the ambulance helicopter and heard someone had collapsed so fingers crossed all is ok. Final four weeks to go and counting. Have just downloaded the asics pacer wristband quite a nice little idea. Hope training is going well for you all
Quick one what is the concensus on split runs, am up to 21 miles this week but am short of time. Have done a split a couple of weeks ago on a 17 miler and was thinking of running to (am) and from work (pm)this week to make up the 21.
Hi guys not been on here for a while but training is going well, am on 18 miles long run this week (completed 17 last week in 2 hrs 33 and felt good). Am thinking of doing Trimpell 20 miler would anyone recommend thisas a good race as part of my training? Cheers
Hi Guys am in awe reading all these posts with massive achievements reached! Did my first long slow should have been 9 miles but joined a new marathon running group and put in 12 miles so pleased with that. Total of 25 miles reached this week happy with that, here's to next weeks training. BTW doing a brisk run this week how would this translate in terms of mins per mile anyone know?
