I cant even start to imagine how your feeling about not distance running again. Hope it goes ok on Thursday though and your up and running soon. Im being pulled around by the phiz at the moment so im just hoping it wont come to that. Take care.

Hiya ABC, how are your knees at the moment. So your still not running then. When I saw you last you were buying plants waiting for an operation. Ive not run myself since July 30th at  precisely 11.30 am. Knee swelled up, having phiz every week, been told today I may have to have an op on my cartilage now.

JDFI................. Been thinking As your going to be doing all the training over the next few months it wouold be a great idea to enter Halstead. What a shame to waste all those hours your going to put  in with other marathon training runners  . Today i ran with M.A, what a lovely run, 18 miles. Tuesday i ran from Belgium to Holland and back, 22 miles of superb countryside. I followed a canal all the way, the countryside was amazzzzzzzing. Wednesday i ran round Brugge 3 times, 17 miles, it was fantastic. I often do these runs now when I work out there. It is a place that i know all traccies would love to run in, im so lucky. Anyway, glad your out running again and we will see you in the morning. So thats sorted then, see you in Halstead
