Perhaps you need to ask if the cycling is absolutely necessary if it's being done to the detriment of your running? Parkruns are a good way of monitoring your improvement (or lack of). Keep this thread alive with your progress. I feel you probably need the support.
Perfect conditions for Andover this morning. Just watch out for those cheeky rises and sharp turns after the bridge JP. As an early get out clause for you, my Andover PB is 35 secs slower than race time predictor states.
