Morning all - 3K swim, bit slower than last week, need to do some more drills. track last night, 12 x 300m which was a bit of a struggle, hopefully my good night's sleep last night will improve things. Well done to Miss B. Welcome back to the grey valis and enjoy the easy day MC.
Morning all - brick and a swim this morning, not bad after getting to bed at 1am after a client do, sure I will crash and burn later. I am also worrying about SD marathon, under prepared again..... Have a good if grey day.
