I am very tempted to take the 3 run approach purely due to work commitments but VLM will be my 3rd time only marathon and desperate to achieve a PB this time.
My 2010 experience was with Bronchitis/ inhaler in tow, finished it but so disappointed so this time I want to as prepared as I can be and in tip top form.
Will a 3 run approach work I wonder .
Can you email a copy of your marathon training programme , please
Totally lost faith in these forums...
The non help attitude sums it all up...
I am hoping for some advice ....
Have been out of training for approximately
5 mths now due to work/ family and hse move plus relocation.
I want to get straight back into training but I fear my bull in the china
Shop approach will ruin my return to training and encourage the potential for injury
and meltdown mentally, without wishing to sound too dramatic .
just wondering the best way to pitch it ?.
Would appreciate any tips
