Nice to see the friendly podiatrist has come to the rescue again (you will have obviously guessed that I am also a podiatrist). Hopefully the temporary insoles they've made you will be of benefit. Best of luck.

Go and see a professional like myself (a podiatrist) or a physio (like Six Physio).

PS Six Physio - you are indeed correct, but as I'm sure you would agree, trying to make any concrete diagnosis across the internet with patients limited knowledge of anatomy is fraught with problems.

Why do you not want to see a podiatrist?
