Well done to Alan and team for organising such s great event, coarse much improved on last year the miles seemed to fly by.Disaster at start my garmin battery was dead after I charged it last night so I used stop watch on my phone until mile 5 when I dropped it.Would like to thank Ian from ST Helens who helped to pace me round the remainder of the coarse did not get a chance at the end to thank him properly, beat last years time by 14 minutes 3:50 well chuffed bring on next year were hopefully I'll be a little more organised
