Thanks Gang - entering for Super6 was done on a bit of a mad whim!!!!!   Blimey me & my dodgey tumImagine what I'd be like if they accepted me - quickest diet in history LOL

SDragon, what a wheeze it would be if we both got in - Where abouts in the country are you?

Don't mean to be an ole moaney pants about all my ills - usually i am a pretty lively individual & I know there are a hell of a lot more peoples out there with real probs to contend with , so if you catch me moaning again you have my permission to tell me to shut up & just get on with it!!!!

FFran - love the idea of flashing lights, put me down for a pair!!!- Wicked idea to put up notice in gym about toes dropping off & maybe shoes will mysteriously re-appear????

LOL Br1an Binx & I thought we wore the crowns for Ramble Queens, but looks like we may have to concede to new Ramble King

Hope everyone ok - Run Safe (Buy FFran's  Flashers!!) TTFN Nessie x

Binx - I am so sorry to hear your sad news - life is so hard at times - do make sure you have time to grieve the way you want - & remember the good times - I know it is easy to say & hard for you to imagine at the moment but given time you will smile again x

I am so sorry not been intouch for a while, I have missed the chats & encouragement etc - not been too well- bad heads etc infact 18yrs ago I was in Frenchay Hospital with cerebal aneurysm & the headaches I have recently have been in same spot so have worried myself!!!

You all seem to be going great guns, keep it up chaps & chapesses -

We now have a four legged little ball of mischief at home now so that has helped me take my mind off things - cant worry about things when a little 'piece of nonsense'  needs seeing to - will post new pics for you to all Ooooo &  Aaaaaah over !!
