Interesting you should mention about knees, my left knee was acheing afterwards (even more than usual!) - assumed it was cr*p technique but maybe it is a bit taxing on the knees??

Used to run marathons and still do some running but now due to dodgy knees combine with spinning and x-trainer, cycling etc. The other day for the first time for prob a decade i had a go on the concept2machine - great fun.  I rowed 6400m in 30 mins and have no idea is tha is cr*p, ok or good?  Does anyone have any reasonable targets I should be aiming for?  I'm 40, excercise a few times per week but short of my former marathon fitness for sure!! Main aim is for weight control/general cardio these days...Thankyou

Garmin tested my FR305 and have concluded that the non HR showing is due to the defective strap rather than the FR itself.  Unfortunately it is out of warranty now - does anyone know the best palce to buy a new HR strap??
