Ah yes the wonders of Whisky I don't even like it but it is working feeling lots better so much I ran 5 miles this morning and they were fast for me .......
It is the half marathon in Cardiff I will just enjoy the day,that is what i did in Swansea helped another runner get around

Boffin!! a farm you are a farmer, wow big change for you how do you manage with your back? do you have sheep,cows,pigs,ducks,geese,goats,chickens.
What part of Carmarthinshire it is such a big county my husband was born and brought up there and we said we will go back to live there if we can ...he lived in small village and the village is still the same untouched.
Sounds not so good for running but I also don't think you have the time..unless you have lots of farm hands to do the work

What can I say running is a strange sport pre illness av pace 10.05mm for routes except LR.Yesterday 9.55 Av pace.Today 9.32 av pace no idea why or how but I am afraid to stop taking the honey,lemon and whisky and I don't even like whisky!

Oliver:Yes it does seem to have that effect although still on it but half rations as I don't like whisky.I will remember that for next time!
That piece of paper has done right by you so far nice running.I think most of us are almost double your age so chances are they maybe some songs that have past you by.You can post lyrics if you are up early enough or going to bed late

I ran 4 miles easy and pace was pretty good especially with the 2 miles uphill which was a surprise my heart was saying go on run 8 miles but luckily my head said do you want to be back to square one.
