Funny enough I had that talk with my Asthma nurse at my review last week.I have Asthma and exercise induced Asthma and sometimes it interferes she tried to change my meds and I had attack as they were useless to me so went onto strong meds that I was using before I suffer both in winter and summer. She wants my Asthma not to bother me when running so I don't have to think about it along the lines of conversation was if Paula can run symptom free so should you....it was so much different when I was a young girl back in the late 70's.I did ask if I could have something so hills does not affect me
RFJ: I am so glad you found your missing mojo Do you have any races planned?
Did I miss something with your hand?
Hilly: watch those calves especially as you have a race this weekend....
Where are these places you talk about I am sure it is only Wales that is pretty
Andrew: Yes I sat at a desk for over 15 years(Book keeper) but retired early to look after my hubby....these days I get to sit at my desk at home for a few hours. But my back goes for the silliest of reason's bending in garden to smell a rose!!My physio has all my injuries back to lazy muscles from sittting at a desk for years and years.
DT: Did you mean back and not bike for physio
Dan: Can I borrow strong son for heavy garden digging please.
No run today I was up and out but the ice was too bad and too dangerous so rest day and back at it tomorrow...first time ice has stopped me this winter I blame Andrew because I am sure he mentioned no ice yet this winter
Special mention To Oliver with Mo's legs let him have them back for Cardiff
Dibs: Really sorry to hear about Alex's Grandfather I hope the travelling goes well.
