Sorry to hear you both are feeling lost with training DT and Dr Dan
Wardi Lovely to see you it must be years since you post on DTT but all sounds like it is good with you
I have planned my training for next Half Marathon this week is easy as had those 2 races in 7 days which seems to be working I am itching to start back on Monday to proper training so just 4,6,6 milers this week as I was ill yesterday but back on it today
But it is so cold first thing thinking i need gloves for my poor hands.
My new shoes arrived yesterday so eager to try the new ones I usually run in Saucony Triumph's but were not on sale but the rides were similar shoe less cushioning I really did not want to get them as the triumph's suits my achilles but my frugal nature went with them.I also then find Triumph's on sale so they are put away for when the older pair expires.Anyway I tried the rides out on a walk yesterday no problem so used them this morning and apart from springyness no issues they felt very much like the triumph's I did weight them with my orthotic in and only 10gms lighter. I also ran a pb for my hilly course by 2 mins with aching legs
