Well done to the Marathoners nice easy run out there!!! Respect. Not managing to fit much running in due to working too much and other things....new kitchen......full on acting role etc etc..... anyway did a nice hilly five miler on Sunday but took me 50 mins at least............good to see you are all buzzing along.

Tenjiso what plan are you following with the heart rate training? Might give this a go as need to get up early am and run as got a half or two later in the year.

Have a good week all.

Nice racing Emma well done. Work too mad to run at the moment, but doing a little cycling so not so bad. Keep at it all and Oscarr and SB enjoy your week in Scotland.

Wow you ultra guys are doing amazing, enjoy Cape Wrath. Running on the back burner here due to work and stuff. Managed a seven mile on Sunday am in 58 mins so not too fat yet. All the best to all and A on new job.

Beautiful cycle into work this am, listening to the birds, lapwings sqwaking on the moors over Beeley.  Good to see the Ultra runners are fit and the triathlete has a very nice bike, I have a specialised with Sram gearing, awesome machine love it. Not run for ten days now, where are my trainers??? Must run this weekend, the legs feel good and ready to run again. Have a good weekend all. Should I run for Bowel Cancer Charity next year, they have asked me to do VLM again??? Not sure I want the fund raising hassle but tempted to get my sub four marathon which has yet to be achieved..........frost here yesterday morning so haven't put the gloves away yet Oscarr.

Seem to have been booted out of RW not sure why, something to do with my subs!! Oh well good to see you guys are all hard at it. Not run in anger for a week but riding to work once a week now and at 18 very hilly miles each way and standing up all day working its a good workout.  Missed joining the London Marathon lottery as I waited until lunchtime yesterday, too late, wow......craazy the amount of interest in running at the moment.

Take it easy you ultra runners, dont kill yourselves training.
