Some more info on the GTS 11 here:
I currently have the GTS10 and find them a slighlty too controlling however like the secure fit they offer. For running pleasure and comfort I am beginning to lean towards my pair of Mizuno Wave Inspire 6 for the time being.
the Garmin 210 and 410 have been announced today.
Garmin have pissed me off. The 210 is identical to the 110 hardware wise in every respect. Those extra features have been enabled by garmin putting different firmware on the watch.
Is there a way of hacking the 110 and uploading the 210 firmware onto it ?
All the juicy info here folks:
Looks like the Forerunner 210 has the following extra features vs 110:
- real-time pace info (a missing feature of the 110 that a lot of people complained about)
- create customised interval sessions and see your pace for each interval.
- heart rate alerts to notify you when you are above or below your targets.
- supports footpod for indoor running
