Do you read any? Why? If not why?

That's it really! I write a running blog am I'm interested to know what things people like to read about and why. There's a whole lot of lifestyle and food and fashion blogs out there, and lots of blog awards to boot - but not for running (not fitness really either) so would be really keen to hear what other runners like to read...or not!

Cheers

Kate

I ran Marathon des Sables last year. Before that I had only run two marathons. I started training the September before and blogged about it at www.justajog.com. I loved it all - the training and the race. The feeling I got on my first ultra (not even a race, just me on my own running 30 miles out and back along the Thames Path) was brilliant!

Hi

I ran it last year and recorded all thoughts rambling around in my head here www.justajog.com

I loved it but it's bloody hard. I would advise lots of hill walking with a heavy backpack and build up slowly to run back to back heavy miles.

I was a slow shuffler. My mara pb is 3:38 but the mara day on MDS took me around 7 hours so you can see the differences!!
