I wear lycra/bodysuit when it's really cold. Prefer shorts in anything above 5 celcius. Prefer shorts as it gives more freedom, lycra tends to cause rubbing on longer runs. I also got some speedsuits for training at the track. I do look ace in them, though! Ahem. |

Very early on this morning. Left just before 5 when two running friends were at the door. Did 90 mins and was quite warm so managed to get a sweat on. Did 50 sit-ups without stopping straight afterwards. Doing this every morning does really make you fit and very lean. |

Did almost an hour at a fast pace - just on my aerobic limit and 6 hill repeats which are up and down 100 odd steep steps with a steep incline both sides. Concentrating on speed work in the morning and long distance in the evening. |

I saw Llamas as well! Seriously, there is a farm about 2 miles away, which breeds them, near Leek. Morning all. |

Did 7 or 8 this morning. It is quite warm, even with just shorts we worked up a sweat. Also surprising how a morning run gets rid of the hunger pangs. Hardly slept last night, in waiting for the morning's run. After a mile it goes away and feel great. 16 mile club run tonight, and going to give it a real good thrashing! |
