Ah...that's what I was looking for! Cheers, southdownswolf.
Must say it doesn't make the cheeriest reading, but fingers crossed. |

Hey folks
This evening's (13th Sep) Edinburgh Herald & Post has an article saying that next year's Edinburgh marathon (2007) may not happen. There was a discussion on here a while back about possible avenues of sponsorship: any news? It's a strange coincidence that this very morning I agreed to train with a friend for the 2007 marathon...

I seem to be strangely drawn to this type of thread.
I would recommend Next's 'Ultra Active' range of undacrackers. c.£14.99 for 2. They have the really motivating slogan of 'Ultra Active' on the waistband, just in case one is flagging during a run/other workout. They're good for the gym and climbing, too. |

Not sure if I should be sympathising or laughing at this lot!
Can I ask how much time people find grazes (fairly deep ones) take to heal? I can't remember, as I haven't really had a serious graze since I was a kid. Two weeks and counting with the one on my elbow...a nasty case of road rash and a bruised shoulder when I came off my bike a couple of weeks ago. Arm bled quite impressively, right in the middle of a busy street! Some really kind people sorted me out though.
Haven't fallen whilst running, though (yet). |

| I saw a rhino, a nun, and a pirate! But no frogs. Must've hopped past without me noticing. Oh, and a womble. Good show! |
