Well I had a eye test done, the optician didnt find anything wrong apart that I need glasses for reading. He mentioned that my left eye has a very small yellow hazed spot, apparently it is nothing to worry about. i feel a slight disconfort but. I have also seen my GP since, he wants me to go back on tuesday for a blood test. He says that if afterwards the results come back negative he will refer me to a neurologist. I am getting to really get worried that I am not getting anywhere.
Mecury - I get these sympthoms all the times, but when I run afterwards everything is worse, the day after.
I am dying to go for a run but cannot because I am too tried.
I cannot even remember the last time I ran.
Everyday on my way to work I see people running and I wish it was me too.

Thanks OOK

My wee is as white and clear as water.

I do drink 1.5 litres of water every day, I buy the bottle on my way to work.

Would Oil seed rape affect people living in London ?

I have been a runner for several years now, now for the past 4 weeks I have had to give up my favorite sport...

For the past 4 weeks I have been feeling light headed, at the beginning I was feeling a bit dizzy, but not anymore. Sometimes I ve had some kind of headaches located at the back of the head.
Every morning my calf feel very tired from the time I wake up, like if I had run a 10 miler the day before.
I went to see my GP 2 weeks ago, who asked me if I was stressed...I am not..I replied.
Anyway because I said that my eyes felt a bit tired also he advised me to have an eye test done. he also gave me some kind of hayfever spray . I have never had hayfever before..not sure if he didnt make a mistake .
I am going to have my eye test next week but I was wondering if somebody had experienced anything like it before.

Well I live in Streatham Hill so Croydon is a bit far for me, I work in Green Park so I wouldnt mind somewhere central either.

I have PPP cover but there is an excess of 250 GBP, I think I will have to pay it and get back to normal again as this is driving me mad, so many months have passed since I had a proper run.
