good to here it Dr Galah will be trying to get a few more interested and will let you know................... sounds as if your doing ok with your training and sub 3.45 is achievable with a bit more training from your last time.watch out young bro!!!!!!!
It is great to see so many letters of excitement about the flm magazine, I thought I was the only sad person around here nice to know i am among so many great like minded people. Missed gfa place by five minute but might as well have been 105 i could not have run any faster if my life depended on it. Roll on 18th April if I do manage the extra 5 I get a place for the 25th flm in 2005....now thats forward thinking !!!!!!!!
I still ache from this years race and after vowing never to run another one again i find myself eager to get my hands on an application form. I have already worked out that if i can take five minutes off this years time of 3.49 i will get automatic entry into the 25 th flm in 2005. Not bad considering the pain is still with me..well done and good luck to all for this year and next.
I ran with the same pacer for the 20 miler at sutton park and the marathon.given the conditions i think sean who was my pacer done a great job.he was only going to do up to so many miles because of an injury. He ended up completing the whole race as the red pacer and the other blue one had to drop out. I stayed with him from the start right up to about 22 miles. It was really difficult but I know i would not have finished in 3.50 had i not had his pacing to help me. A big thank you and its not easy for them or anyone else in those conditions but come on..it is the marathon its not meant to be a walk in the park.thank you RW for giving us the chance to have a pacer.
