I think doing 10K everyday is brilliant but would sugest that you get outside and run as it feels alot different running on the roads than on a treadmill.  If you want to do the marathon then go for it, follow a training plan like Shiva suggests and you won't be last - that would be me!  Good luck and have fun!

Hi

 I've still not got round to entering this yet.  I really struggled in the London mara and my confidence has taken a nose dive.  I'm only doing runs of about 3 miles at the moment (mostly with my dog).  I did the time delay thing on website and came over quite queasy! lol

 Stubee - that's awful , there are too many idiots in this world, hope you are ok.

Hey Rob

There is a bikram yoga centre in Manchester, its in the norther quarter, nearish to the Buddhist centre - which also does yoga lessons I think.
