Hi KK, you could try aqueous cream. Big tub cost about £2 from Tesco. I use it after a run / shower. You have to let it soak in for a minute or two but it's the only thing that works on me.

Same here (too early for breakfast, long run, no adverse affects).  I am always a bit slower running early morning though. Is there any good way to counteract this apart from just being awake longer before the run?

I was bought the magazine subscription (as a gift), and when the first mag arrived the printed address label had a code number you use to create a login to the web site.  There were no problems setting this up.

Hope that helps.

I think the subscription automatically gives you both the mag and electronic (mine did).

Cheers.

Is anyone running the St Albans half this year?

I believe they changed the route a few years ago - does anyone know how hilly it is exactly (compared to the Reading or Watford halves for example)?

All comments welcome.

Lee.
