Vixx I will definitely be keeping up my food diary, it has been working well and is slowly improving!  I did good this weekend eating wise even though I didn't go for a run as the weather was so horrible!  Going out with my running group tonight though.  Am so determined to lose this week!  Well done to everyone who lost!

thanks CP, I am definitely going to carry on with my food diary and just quit chocolate completely in the week, I read somewhere that your diet should be 80% good and 20% naughty...looking over Mon-Thur of this week I'd say I was 60% naughty 40% good

Really, really sorry to hear about your family cat.  Its heartbreaking at all times but especially when they've been in the family for such a long time.  Hope you can go home soon and take some time to reflect *sends a virtual hug your way*

I like the idea of a weekly tip   Although it shouldn't come from me this week   My fears were confirmed this morning, 9st 6!!  I gained 3lbs!  I have been keeping a food diary this week and honestly I have two really good days (Monday and Thursday), Tuesday and Wednesday were dreadful, chocolate and chocolate followed by more chocolate.  Still can't believe that I put on all that but heigh-ho.  Feeling a lot more focused and will have no nasty procedures to set me back this week!

hope everyone's doing good, i had  a terrible day yesterday, don't want to bore everyone with my woman stuff but i had to have a coil replaced and it hurrrt and rendered me useless for the rest of the day and today! i was crafty and made sure i went for a quick 2.5 mile run before my appointment though! but i then completely binged on chocolate and cereal because i was so bored and told myself that it was ok because i was recovering, then the OH came home and ordered us pizza!!!  really need to get a grip, its so hard because i'm so bored.  think i'm going to clean my flat to keep me occupied and perhaps go for a walk later.  wouldn't be surprised if i've gained weight on friday! fiddlesticks!!!!
