Looking forward to cracking on with the training over the summer. Coming out of London Marathon with a 3:16. Wanted sub 3:10 and have ran a 3:03 before. I would like to think I can slot into the 3:00-3:10 at Amsterdam.

This is my first time of running this event but my 3rd marathon. My first 2 marathons were flat at Edinburgh. My question is how much time should we typically add on to your typical flat marathon with this one being hilly. Just wanting a rough guide for pacing really.
