5'8.5 (that half inch is v important!)

15.5 stone now (lost half a stone in training for sunday)
optimum weight is about 15 (or just under) but havent been that in many many years - sounds a lot, but i'm a rugby player so quite bulky/chunky!

anyone use that gel that was in the goody bag? put it on my weary legs last night and this mornign they feel fantastic - reckon if it want for my knackered knee which went at 8 miles i could run another marathon right now!!!

thats what you look like Rio - when i saw you whereever we were, was in a bit of pain so dont remember a lot of it!!! just remember the hat!

my photos are rubbish! my finish foto looks like im about to run in the stand as i was obsessed with getting the chip pointing straight as it had come loose on my trainers! my mate Steve who left me with 4 miles to go has loads of really good ones - jammy!!!

oh - and the bloke running backwards comes from croydon apparently - and he's run a stupid amount of races. i was overtaken by a rhino, 5 man caterpiller, 2 mister men and an ambulance man on his 26th marathon in 26 days....managed to take most of them in back in the last mile apart from the mister men tho!
