Hi..

My name is Stuart, I am an Ex British Soldier who has served in Iraq amongst other places and have currently set myself an amazing 1300 mile (50 marathons) run from my wifes home town of Sucany in Slovakia back to Cheshire, my home town in the United Kingdom and I pledge to do it in 50 days or less.
I am running this epic challenge for 2 charities - ABF The Soldiers Charity and the Childrens Adventure Farm Trust (CAFT).
I am emailing to ask for any help, support and possible story in your mag to help raise as much money & awareness as possible for my 2 amazing charities.
I understand you are super busy and alot of people probably ask similar things, however, I believe this challenge is well worthy due to the physical demand of it.  It will also help many British soldiers and British Children suffering with terminal illness and disability in the UK.
I will start my challenge on 23rd March 2013 and throughout the next 8 months leading up I am training hard and also uploading my workouts to my site so the nation can also get fit with me.
Any help and support you could offer me will be hugely appreciated and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Thank you for reading..
Kind regardsStuart Ness07583 564 485www.50in50orless.comTwitter @50in50orlessFacebook 50in50orless

Iran the TR24 this year in a team of 8... completed 4 laps reasonably easily, all in about 45 mins per lap.

I am gonna have a go at the lightning 12 as a soloist... Anyone recommend a training plan from now til Mar 12?

Fell is my bread and butter, so cross country shouldnt be a prob, its the style of the run as a soloist i need advice with such as, resting, fuelling, training methods people have used that work!!

If a success.. Il beast our TR24 as a solo next yr!

Cheers for any advice in advance!
