Hello all, first check-in for ages. I'm not going to attempt a proper read back but sorry to see so many niggles troubling people.

I need to start getting more consistent miles in ahead of a September HM. *Whispers* I might try something along the Furman lines.

O4S, what Freemers said. Really sorry you had a bad day, but really pleased the bigger picture is a good one. BA was surely owed one race where you didn't chick him!

Barry sorry it didn't go to plan, but you also sound very philosophical.

Like Kiwi and Spoons I'm so bloody inspired, you're all amazing.

Excellent day TM, particularly impressed with Freemers' and KFC's comebacks! Looking forward to all the reports later.

Defer. You won't do yourself justice and risk putting yourself out of action for far longer.

Congratulations Cooks!

Nice to see you check-in Daren.

Oompa, stick with your normal shorts, all that fabric will annoy you, especially when it's all sweaty and flapping around.

Right, good luck everyone for tomorrow. You've all posted some great, consistent training, there have been some stonking PBs, all hiccups are a thing of the past and you are all going to do brilliantly.

I'll be spectating around mile 7 and hope to make it to Chandos.
