Hi All

Bad timing with all the urgent pre RNR chat needed!

And I've got a run to log. Site went down while I was waiting an age for it to load.Rats!

Oh well have to go back to pre-Fetch when I had a life.

Night all

See you back on Fetch soon!

Bad luck S B! Only 43 seconds in it.

Freemers-I run on my forefoot/midfoot & there is no wear on the heels of shoes at all. I think you would need to run on a treadmill to watch your action. Is it possible to change? Any attempts I've made to run differently have felt very awkward & i feel very self conscious. i'm very interested to hear how you get on.

JBSS- well done on the 10miler. You are very disciplined at following physio's advice. We could all do with following your example. Good luck with the steroid jab if x-ray clear.

BW - you said Halstead was your local marathon but i though tyou were in the States now. Confused!

Did 33 mins at lunchtime but Garmin flat so had a run like in the old days! Legs fine but still a bit wheezy after Dublin. Strange
