Not been posting for a couple of weeks seems I have been stretching and foam/tennis ball rolling for ever to try and rid the pirifous pain, it seems to have settled down with only some lower back pain so tomorrow I am also going to try a light jog, my first for two whole weeks
I travelled from Manchester to Glasgow sat and rolling on a tennis ball this afternoon some very strange looks from adjacent pax but you've got to do what you've got to do !!
No running for me at all this week and back at the physio tomorrow for another assessment of the pain in my right leg, might half to ditch Saturdays Stranraer half i am sure that will be tomorrows verdict - some great runs happening on here!
A blowy 16miles today - count down to my first training race next Saturday in Stranraer, working away till Thursday so a cut back mini taper week for me, in all honesty I need it my body is having a few grumbles and the niggles so it will do me good.
