Sorry folks but I'm a bit of a techno numpty, I'm already a subscriber and initially allowed info from  RW only by post. I now want to receive the weekly marathon updates but my profile wont let me update to allow this. Any ideas?

Hello Ladies, I need your help.

Has anyone come across a way to bring on their period to time it for a race? I'm due to run my first marathon on sunday and the nerves seem to have delayed my period due over 4 days ago. If i'm on for the race I dont know what I'll do, any tips????

OK guys did a 4miler last thurs following the GNR, then a VERY slow 5km parkrun on sat as I did it with my 6yr old bless her. Was really looking forward to a long slow 12miler tomorrow and today I've twanged my back again. Thing is I did this the tues before GNR and it eased up and was fine on the day - dont feel as bad as before but do I dare try a little run tomorrow to see if exercise helps to ease it out or do I rest it??? Had lots of massages last time and she thought it might be my sciatic nerve, do I or dont I?

Hi Mandie & Stewud, I'm already in for Liversedge next year - somehow with the size of the field surely I should actually see some of you guys this time - I wore my green ribbons all the way at GNRwith no joy. Liversedge was my 1st ever half this year looking forward to doing it again and the tea & cake after.
