I have been cycling out on the road, I too am scared of going out running.
2 weeks its so scary, my last run was my longest 16 miles - hope that is going to get me through!?
I have been doing those exercises Little ninja, its just the swelling on my ankle that is giving me hassle now!! Surely 2 weeks and it should at least go down??
I too was diagnosed with this, I got the injury 2 weeks ago today, I still have swelling around the ankle, I am using a cold compress everyday and resting as much as I can whilst looking after 2 young daughters!
I am panicking though as do not want to pull out but also because I have been unable to run for the last 2 weeks
This will be my first marathon too, so annoying isnt it!
