hellooooo, im doing it this sunday for the first time, looking forward to it, be nice to do a flat run for a change, mind you magor was flat but done night shift before that so wasnt as enjoyable, have you done it before, checking r.w to see if any one has given it a write up, hope it goes well for every one, |

| ill be cheering dave frost and his wife who are both taking on the lfm, and they run for parc bryn bach running club, tredegar south wales yay lol. all the best to them and i hope they get the times they wanted. |

| i have been wearing mizunos for a number of years and find them a very comfortable trainer to wear. after so long find it hard to change, i have not tried the musha but am thinking of making them my next purchase. |

| im all for the idea of donation, however if i donate anything it will be to my boys if they received a donation from any one but me i would donate to others and would want to donate after my death, if i could donate something i had two of and could live i would. be hard not to run though. |
