Well that was disappointing, the first time ive been injured enough to pull out of an event my little jog lasted all of half a mile with a constant pain in my knee so bugger! Well need to rest it then get back on track, next run is RTT in August so plenty of time. |

WR, training outdoors in that heat is so hard, I take my hat off to you mate! I am injured at the minute with a sore knee and Sunday is going to be touch and go. Good luck with the rest of the run streak you mad barsteward  |

Well did 5 miles today in v hot conditions in a not too shabby 43 minutes, looking forward to the Alexander the great half marathon in a week or so, should be fun |
