Uh-oh, I'm beginning to ask the dreaded 'what next?' question. I don't want to do anything too big this year, maybe downs link and druids, but starting to consider what next year's challenge might be. WHW? UTMB? Any suggestions?

GKD speaks the truth. Any distance done properly is tough and worthy if respect.

Hey, Stef. Great to see you again. Good job. My big toe is also pretty numb, but I think it's just a toenail jobby.  The top of my foot is quite sore too. I think some bruises may take a few days to settle down. If it's a strain then try work the waste out, compression, massage or summink. I know nothing about injuries, so I'll shut up. Rest. And well done again - 100 frickin' miles dude!

Do it, DK, you know it makes sense... well, as much sense as foregoing sleep, toenails, general comfort and a social life, in exchange for blisters, nipple rash, chafing, crapping in bushes and feeling proud of vomiting can make sense.
