Been off on my hols tearing round a track on the bike but back now bah!! I haven't ran for 2 weeks, i packed the trainers but they stayed packed, my mojo seems to have right buggered off! well until i just read through all these pages again.

Just done the Wolf Run at the weekend so feeling a little second hand and plan to start my hadding again towards the end of the week.
Roy it probably is a case of how well they are looked after. I use the local council gym and they are a few years old and not sure they are that well maintained. Like you say I would imagine an athletics stadium would look after there's pretty well.
Proper failed on the twiglets tho, recently diagnosed with wheat intolerance and forget the simplest things when on a snack hunt xmas is gonna suck!
Talking of dreadmills, i downloaded a calibration tool thingy for my garmin footpod and checked over recent runs and its 99.5% accurate. Because i'm such a stats geek i've always worn it to the gym when i've had to use the dreadmill and the distances and speeds have always been way out, dreadmill being a slower speed and shorter distance! No wonder i've always found it harder work on there!
