Hi all hope you are all ok.

Well found the Bath Half blooming hard work did it in 1.51.13 so shaved about 30secs of pb. Was a bit disappointed as usual scenario was doing really well upto mile 9 and then ran out of gusto and slowed right down to nearly nine min miling Need to find a way to get through and keep on running at the same pace as the early part of the race. Not sure how though but i guess its just practice.

Seejay 1.49.43 thats fantastic as LBB said you have all those marathon miles in your legs and still put in a fab race.

Ffran Well done on your PB 1.51 thats great, we could jog along together totally agree with you on Nessie think she runs on a 36hr day the amount she manages to squeeze into it.

Nessie - Come on let us into your secret Ness how do you fit it all in!! Sounds like your training is going fab and with all those different types of exercise that little bit of weight will fly off. I have missed coming on here but things have been pretty manic what with the children, mum not being well and anything else that cared to go pear shape, I just havent had time. After I get back off of holiday I will need you all to gee me along and get match fit. My aim is to scrape under 1.50 for Cardiff Half whether that happens or not though  is a different matter !! Hope all good with you.

Running Kev/Tazi/LBB Hope all good with you.

Toby I agree with you Bath was much better organised this year, there didnt seem to be as much hanging about, I suppose the fact that the weather warmed up a little at the end helped for the short time we were waiting. Was a good time that you did even though not your PB.

Saw Towner at Bath he did amazing with his gammy knee. But I expect he'll be on here at some point to let you know.

Sorry to anyone Ive missed.

Right must get on with some work and its not long until we go off to Florida YAY actually its Thursday so must get the packing finished too.

 Take Care all, Talk soon

Evening all

Brian your pup is so cute, hope your new shoes are suiting you ok , I had a new pair recently and they still dont feel as comfy as my old ones.

Toby well done on your 20 miler thats fantastic, how are you feeling at the end of these long runs, obviously a bit pooped but other than that ok??

Seejay hope all goes ok with your long run.

I really must pull my finger out and enter a marathon all of you are fantastic doing these long runs.

Well done Stret09

Steve2010 Oooo will look out for Fearn then, obviously will pass your number on.

Nessie/Ffran - hope all good with you guys.

LBB thank you, hopefully it will go ok, i feel like im losing my mojo on the longer distances at the moment.

Stay well everyone, will let you know how Sunday goes, treating it as a training run as dont want to get hurt before Bath so wont be very speedy.

Good Morning one and all hope you are all ok

Sorry for going AWOL for so long,so much going on at the moment. Have missed reading how you are all doing. My resolution is to try and post more often on here.

Have read back on this page only so far, fantastic Longleat run Seejay and Tazi a PB well done.

Congratulations to Mrs LBB.

Nessie/Ffran hope you guys are keeping well and the training is going good. I expect Roobs is a big girl now.

Have been keeping up with my training did the Stonehenge Stomp at the end of January and have been doing speed training and tempo runs with some long runs thrown in to get ready for Bath. Im doing The Wiltshire 10 on Sunday so hopefully that will go quite well.

Well wishes to you all
