thats a good session to build power. (wont help much with the 10k)
This is a good session for 10k training:
Run the 400m up at current 5k pace, jog recovery back down x 4-8 (increase reps as you improve, dont do more than 8 in one session)
make sure you have a good warm up and cool down.
what time you hoping for the 10k?
plenty of recourses on-line to help you with a plan, what sort of training you currently doing so people can get an idea of what you need to do to improve your time?
oh yea that might help, swansea area im based.
Anybody know were the best place to get a Biomechanical Assessments in Wales? Had a look on google but not much luck finding a place without having to travel a few hours.
Thinking of entering this event for next year, does anybody know what the start line procedure is, do they have colour zones based on your expected time?
