If you've ever done this event before, the course distance is actually the same as previous years - the distances have been certified this year however.
The Isca Duathlon takes place on Sunday 1st April beginning and ending at the University of Wales, Newport's Caerleon Campus. Now in it's 11th year. It's a geat route, ideal for beginners / intermediates and there's always a friendly atmosphere.
