early night for once, late start and very late fnish tomorrow.

hopefully run and proper core stuff tomorrow.

got some back reading done. am married to a teacher, have some pending mum issues and a pet in possible need of a vet. small world. 

think happy thoughts, sleep well.

worse than being called out is .....when you go for a run (which went fine) get back and are about to go into the garage for weights and situps and stuff when the phone rings......

call out for swindon - standby details to follow. right oh - into shower, almost into fresh set of clothes and half way through late breakfast the followup call arrives - false alarm. but we'll keep you posted  so no weights or core now until friday as i have a long day tomorrow.

so the bins are out, emptied and back in. the dishwasher if almost done, the dry laundry is sorted. shirts can wait for irioning though. lunch was eaten. motivated to anything except more paperwork 

will make a pot of proper coffee in a bit and try again after that.fyi asda which i normally hate with avengance do decent bags of ground coffee for about 2 quid - easilly as good as the branded mid price stuff i usually buy...

morning, on call today so off out for 3 and then some weights 'n stuff with phone in hand.

have been called out 5 of last 6 standby days. in the mean time the paperwork never ends...

cardiff anyone? i'll keep shouting but plan to bin the pack in a few days if there are no takers.

lots of driving, mad busy at work, then home to do paperwork. tried back reading but its all a bit of a blur. been called out on 5 of my last 6 days on call so no rest for the wicked.
