I had the same problem with them last year. After numerous phone calls over 2 weeks they told me that I must of given them the wrong post code as the drive could not find it on his system, checked the post code and it was right. They got defensive when I asked if their drivers were of average intelligent, and should they not have checked this out 2 weeks ago, or learn to read a road map.
I got the parcel the next day when I got home, there was a card through my door to say that it was in my recycling bin. Were they taking the piss?
