well done on the no smoking - I don't think about it at all at now. Apart from to think 'that stinks' when I run past people and 'I can't believe I used to smoke' - the running will really help!
try to break the habits by not recreating he environments where you used to smoke and give yourself a prize for every week/ month you don 't smoke. A nice foodie treat for a week and a piece of kit for a month. If I get a pb I give myself a prize!
no swim for me today, back still sore and so run down that the inside of my mouth has started falling to bits literally. V sore!

Mrs D - I only run so I can eat cookies! Trouble is I run 3miles, burn off 300 Kcal then eat about 800 ... Now Mathschick I know there is a small problem in my maths isnt there?! Avoiding scales since my gain of 1/2 stone during this marathon campaign grrrr .
