It starts / ends near the olympic canal at Casteldelfels. About 20K down the coast from Barcelona. The course is meant to be flat and starts at 9am but I can't find any map of the route or anything. Plenty of accomodation locally and free Train travel on the day from Barcelona. I am not sure of what to expect really.
Hi Mat, I did it this year but I understand that it was brought forward this year. No info on next years race yet except registrations open beginning of July.
Depends why you want a treadmill, but unless you want to pay a lot more money everythings a compromise. If I didn't already have one I would have been very tempted to buy that one.
I would normally look at top speed, incline, Motor Rating, Sturdiness and programs. The first three of those look very good.
I sometimes drag my wife out for a walk for an hour or two and if I haven´t done any running I put a nice fat cross in my training diary without any guilt :-)
