Hi all, going from marathon running to triathlon and finding it difficult to make the transition to Multi discipline training. I would love to have a look at your training plans if that's ok?

I have the same issue. Right calf is persistently pulling. Just got gait tested for new trainers so hopefully this may help. Have my first Marathon in October and need to get the milage under my belt but it just isn't happening because of my calf.

Does compression while at work help? im ice'ing, deep heating, raising & stretching and this is my second this month!!

ahhhhhhhhhh

DomF - thats good to hear! this conversation has really inspired me, I was really nervous about moving up from 10k to 26 miles but it all seems good.

I tend to start of at a even pace to let the pack thin out then hit it hard with a faster 2nd half. I think seeing the 4 mile marker tends to quicken my pace!!
