there is a section at the bottom of the sports pursuit website that says you have to log out if you are a member then it says to re-enter e-mail & password to be automatically entered into the comp, i agree there is no conformation that your entered but wouldn't be a rw comp without a few glitches!

will probably have another half a month after, but not doing it is not likely. spot on really will just get myself  in the best shape i can without pushing myself back to being injured. didnt want to be seen as someone starting in a zone that i shouldn't be in. there will be other years i guess so i'll just have to enjoy the day and use it as a training run.

how do you possibly cram a 12 or 10 week half marathon training schedule into 6 weeks? or where do you start from? i picked up a groin strain and have accepted that total rest is for the best. months ago the gnr  was miles away and was just a case of directing myself to train hard for it when the time come as would be in good shape after many 5 and 10k's. not in doubt that i'll get round but a fit me would expect sub 80mins and now i need to work out what key sessions around races are best to get me in decent shape for it. also supposed to have races 3 weeks in a row before the big day.

have got a groin strain which i can run with without pain, but hurts if i try to sprint or run at threshold pace. decided to rest and not run for a while, but when will i know im ready to start again? will i have a recurring problem after each race or speed session? will seeing the doc be of any use at all?
