Thank you everyone I will look for the new software and see what happens. Its reassuring that others find it slow too. Mine always gets to the same point (just under the s) then starts over! I will lock the bezel too.
Hi jules I ran my first marathon last sept and didn't use gels. I tried them in training but just found them too gloopy. I had a small organza bag pinned to my shorts with jelly beans in so they didn't get too sticky! I'm not sure if jelly babies are better than others but lots of people recommend them. I'd look at the nutritional info for no of carbs per sweet!
