Hey guys
Right side of my body all sore N scraped. Did no exercise today and hopefully will feel better tommorrow. I'm totally shattered at minute tho maybe I just need the Easter hold to hurry up and arrive. Welldone to u all for the good running and racing thus weekend. I've spent most if today reading Paula radcliffes autobiography !

Afternoon folks

Hope everyone ok and enjoying the sun shine. Went out for 15 miles lsr this morning. I fell over bout mile 9 fell off the curb n onto road scrapped all my knees arm n hands. Totally wrecked my running tights but well pleased I was wearing tights n not shorts. Anyway after sitting on pavement for a while my lovely friends helped me up n I continued on blood n all. Hi folks hope ur all well sorry to hear of injuries . Not long for London for those who r doing it . I did x country on sat n was awful I don't understand why it's so bloody hard! 15 miles long slow run planed for weekend . Role on 3 pm tommorrow been a long week

Hi guys
Hope everyone ok.
Haven't posted for few weeks busy at work n lots of running so not much time. Lots of great running been going on with u all! It sure has been wet n windy n the north east today - how soon will spring come? Looking forward to weekend to be off work but dreaded cross country in saturday -
I will never love cross country !
