so is Pen D the right one for me, my best half time is 1:57 and I hoped to get about 1:55 at this...although from what I've heard about the crowds of participants might not be possible..?
ps 5hr drive home afterwards...6 mile cycle would be great!
Thanks Jovi, i'm in pen D and think I said about 1hr 55ish... although not that hopefull based on lack of long runs completed in recent weeks, but hey i'll give it a go.. and still 3 weeks to go so time for a couple of long ones in there yet.
Hi everyone, not long now.... can't actually believe that I will be running in it! and definately short on the training front!
Can any of you advise the best route to take in the race? High or low?
These places have now been transferred.
Best of luck to everyone running on the day x
