Fellow runners i need help urgently!!! Im training for the Chester marathon in October but i cant seem, to get past 16 miles without cramping up. This has never happened to me before. I take a recovery shake afterwards and i stretch before and after. Im also taking electrolyte tablets. Nothing seems to be working. Any advice would be gratefully recieved?????
Im looking at buying my first gps watch in the next few weeks but have no idea what to get????? After one that gives me distance, pace, time etc and for everyday use. Any advice would be gratefully recieved. Thanks
I'll keep it simple. Next year im running st bees to robin hood bay. Im after any advice on training, accomodation, route etc. I would love to hear from anyone who has done this run already and be truely greatfull if anyone has any advice on any of the above?
