Some great running going on, not been on for a few days and so much to read. Brief look around, great work.
Not much to report from me, nice weekend in York.
had a 10 mile hill run last thursday, quite slow but enjoyed it.
8 mile at 8.40mm, a bit slower than last week.
Had gym appointment and guy gave me some more core work to do, easy stuff.
But, I'm an idiot, I have not rested enough after marathon, got caught up in the excitment of running 26.2 miles, legs are sore and heavy so I'm taking it easy for now, do shorter slower runs and some x trainer and swimming I think.

Zion - I also like the hills, don't do enough of them, I prefer to run up rather than down to be honest.
Fiona - I'm having issues with my weight, I can't seem to get past this point, lost over 8lbs after xmas but then I have just stayed the same although folk have noticed that I've 'toned' up.
I've had a great couple of days, our anniversary yesterday, 6 years. We went to hotel and I had a great work out at their gym, used the sauna, jacuzzi, steam room ect.... Lovely rib eye steak for dinner and a whole bottle of red wine to myself (been a while since I done that).
Today I ran 8.6 miles, 8.19mm which is quite fast for me, so this week I've done gym twice and my one run. Fingers crossed legs seem fine, calves a bit tight but I'm going to stretch every day to ease that.
