Afternoon everyone

Sorry, it has been a while since I popped in.  I'm a little wrapped up in my training for my HM, so am running 4 days per week and doing a couple of days cross training too.

Will hopefully get a better chance to catch up during the week, but hope you are all well.

Seems like there has been some good running going on.  I've got an 8 miler scheduled at the end of this week!

Sorry I've been quiet folks.  Been manic at work and meetings after work.  Plus running whenever I can, so a bit shattered just now.

Busy weekend ahead, but should be back to normal (ish) next week.

Enjoy your running or whatever exercise thingy you are up to

Afternoon all.

I have a couple of hoodies in the house including one hooded running top!  Not sure about hugging one of the local teenager types though to be honest.

Managed an icy 2 miles last night, and off for an easy 3 miles tonight with any luck, before I get a rest over the weekend (well until Sunday that is).  Am contemplating a bike ride on Saturday which is weather dependent and after my long run on Sunday I'm heading out to try orienteering.

Afternoon all

Spartakrunner - I'm in North East Scotland, so still got ice.  We are scheduled for more snow later in the week, but not sure if they have it right!

Eckytump - I'm glad there is not too much wildlife on my runs, although some idiot teenagers almost caused me to end up on my backside because they decided to cross the pavement in front of me.

Mrs Jones - hope you are feeling better.  I fear I'm coming down with something now as had sore throat last night and head feels a little fuzzy today.  Hoping that it won't come to anything, but think I'll try for my 3 miles tomorrow.

*waves to everyone else*

Lunch time over now I'm afraid so back to work for me.

Take care folks

Good evening all

Been a busy weekend and flipping freezing, but managed a very slow 4 miles today.  Pavements were very icy, so I was more concerned with just trying to stay upright.  Thankfully managed it.

Got lots of running planned for the rest of the week, but a nice day off tomorrow so I'll probably do some yoga.

I'd better apologise now as I'm not keeping up with the thread very well, you guys have been really chatty
